Todd Scott Parker, M.AT, M.Ed., is a veteran educator, coach, and CEO of Parker Education & Development, LLC. He is inspired to help adults and young people develop their relationships, rapport, and responsiveness to impact positive interactions with others. Candice Dowd Barnes, Ed.D., is the COO of Parker Education & Development, LLC and serves as an associate professor at the University of Central Arkansas. She is an accomplished author and educator who has worked in both the public and non-profit education sector. Patty Kohler-Evans, Ed.D., is an associate professor at the University of Central Arkansas. She has nineteen years of experience as a special education administrator in the largest district in Arkansas, serving urban students with numerous needs stemming from poverty, disability, and race.
