Dr. Kingsley Bernard ist Dozent an der Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften am Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT) und verfügt über 35 Jahre Erfahrung in der Industrie, unter anderem im Bereich Mikrofinanzierung. Außerdem ist er Vorsitzender des Sri Lanka Council for Agricultural Research Policy (SLCARP der Regierung von Sri Lanka).
