Gennaro J Avvento, is a Lockheed Martin Technical Fellow Emeritus (Retired) and a Lt Colonel in the U.S. Air Force (Retired). He has held senior leadership positions throughout his career. His passion is mentoring young people - helping them find their purpose. He holds an Expert Systems Engineering Professional Certification from the International Council of System Engineers (INCOSE).
