Immediate loading in implants at present is gaining a lot of importance due to various reasons. Immediate loading allows one to significantly reduce the time of prosthetic treatment, since the functionality of the implant is immediate and the healing times originally indicated in classical implantology, which ranged from 4 to 6 months, are thereby eliminated. Today, immediate loading is considered to offer many advantages for the patient and clinician, by maintaining the height of the peri-implant soft tissues and increasing the peri-implant bone density. This book deals with various factors, that contribute to the success of immediate loading in implants.
