Both mechanical and chemical control is considered as the major weed control methods in sugarcane plantations of the country. The author was born in 23 May, 1970,at Chome manaerga Kebele in Gindaberat District; West Shoa Zone of Oromiya Regional State. He has Diploma in General agriculture From Ambo College of Agriculture in 1992 B.SC degree in Crop production From Ambo University College in 2007 and M.SC degree in Crop protectin in 2011 from Ambo university.
