Gibson switched gears and turned to writing mystery/thrillers.One cold and damp Scottish evening during a fireside chat with some fellow authors where he'd been disparaging the Romance genre, a colleague challenged him to pen one. Fueled by single malt whiskey, and without considering the implications of the task, he accepted, and over the next few months wrote Summer Thunder. The experience made him a convert to Romance/Fantasy, and that novel became the first in the Magic at Myers Beach series.While still serving a few select advertising clients, he serves as Co-founder and Chairman of OneClick.chat, a video social engagement platform that helps mitigate the onset of dimension in older adults.Currently, he shares a house in a two-hundred-year-old village with a prince.
