Bell-playwright, educationist, poet, historian, and US Army Paratrooper-grew up in the artistic world of the Caribbean and, since boyhood, was a part of the pageantry and artistry of Trinidad's Carnival. His soul was inspired by the richness of the many festivals of the Caribbean. Other festivals around the world with their exotic stories and costumes presented the stage for his grand stories.
