Malakai Strong was born four months early at around 2lbs and 8oz, losing oxygen as he entered the world with the will to survive a fight. Around the age of two, Malakai was diagnosed with Spastic Cerebral Palsy, which basically means that he was born with damage to the side of the brain that controls walking and fine motor skills.Malakai (he/they) is a public speaker, writer and mental health advocate who is working toward becoming a licensed therapist to help bridge the gaps between the disabled and LGBTQIA+ communities. Malakai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska and a Graduate Certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Capella University. He currently resides in Southern California.
