In order to achieve the objectives, the leader and the subordinates have different types of roles and relations. This book aimed at studying whether the leaders behave differently in different organizations in influencing the subordinates' work behavior and how the subordinates perceive their superiors' behavior and their relation with job satisfaction, job involvement, work involvement and organization climate using a survey study with 300 each superiors and subordinates from three organizations, viz., Banks, Schools and Government Offices.

Dr Venkatachalam obtained PhD in Psychology, from S V University, Tirupati. He started his career in 1995 as faculty with COD & Progressive College in Hyderabad. After successful completion of career in India, he moved to Bahrain in 2002 & worked with Ernst & Young as HR Consultant & MSCEB¿s HR Manager until 2013.
