This study presented the salient themes which emerged from the lived experiences of employees during their reflections, as subordinates, on dialogue with supervisors. It revealed the unique communication strategies these workers employed in order to achieve their workplace goals. The study was comprised of mid to high-caliber employees from a wide range of organizations. She also devised an organizational socialization model published in 2009.
