While there is significant literature available as research publications, limited reviews, and book chapters, this is the first dedicated book on biomedical and biotechnological applications of cryogels. It thoroughly explores all aspects of cryogels from synthesis to applications in research and practice. It consists of three key components: a review of the unique properties of cryogels and their synthesis, a discussion of their biomedical aspects, and an overview of a wide range of their biotechnological applications.
