Deborah Garland is a yoga instructor, author and artist in Paradise Valley, AZ where she has taught pranayama and yoga for over 15 years. She is certified at the advanced E-RYT 500 level by the National Yoga Alliance. She works with individual clients and teaches workshops, teacher trainings and studio classes. Her specialty is helping people make small, easy to manage adjustments in lifestyle to make very positive shifts in physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. Everyone she works with learns pranayama and the foundations of yoga, ayurveda, and universal wellness principles. Whether teaching a group, working with someone affected by disease, leading a seminar on balanced lifestyle, training budding yoga teachers or facilitating pranayama and meditation, her focus is the same: helping people feel and look vibrantly healthy, happy and eternally radiant.
