Doug Hallman, DMin, is an ordained elder in the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church. Dr. Hallman has served numerous churches in Florida and has been a college chaplain and teacher at Florida Southern College in Lakeland. Rev. Hallman, along with his wife, RayaSue, have also served as missionaries through the United Methodist General Board of Global Ministries in Venezuela and Jamaica. The Hallmans are retired and living in Lakeland, Florida.
