For the purpose of the study a total 7572 school children (age 8 to 12 years) from the rural and urban areas schools located in Gwalior Region selected. Multistage cluster Sampling of probability sampling was used in the study. Kyphosis, Lordosis, and Scoliosis were estimated with help of the instrument 'Spondylometer' and also with 'Kinovea software'. Knock-Knee and Bow-Leg were estimated by 'clinical examination of Orthopaedics methods. Flat-foot was estimated with help of 'Clark Angle'. Obesity status was assessed over the obese school children. For Severe Malnutrition, Moderate Malnutrition, Normal, Overweight and Obese were assessed according to BMI Index by 'WHO' guidelines. For calculating a BMI of school going children were measured a Height and Weight of school going children with the help of 'Stadiometer' and 'Weighing Machine'. The data obtained from the school going children of rural and urban areas of Gwalior Region were statistically analyzed with chi-square ( 2) test of Independence or Association and also applied a Spearman Rank Correlation for relationships. In all cases, 0.05 level was fixed as level of significance which was considered as appropriate.
