However, few studies have been devoted to it in the world and particularly in Tunisia. This is mainly due to the taboo nature of the subject and its archaic representations in society. The intertwining of these elements has led to an underestimation of sexual dysfunctions in seniors as well as a lack of knowledge of the main obstacles to a fulfilled sexuality. The aims of this study were to investigate sexuality in older men, to determine the different aspects of sexual dysfunction in this population and to identify the main risk factors, and finally to assess the impact of sexual disorders on marital life.
