Overcoming my own experience of domestic violence, stalking, and cyberstalking, I got my life back-and vowed to help others in similar circumstances. As a result, I earned a juris doctor from Northwestern California University, passed the California bar exam my first try, and established my legal practice and risk management consulting business. Today, I pursue "Moore Justice" for my clients and help those experiencing cyberabuse and stalking to be "Moore Secure." I am the unconventional, passionate and determined advocate and advisor I had always sought but never found. As a risk management consultant, I serve as a cyberstalking, stalking, and privacy protection consultant worldwide. My unique experience as a high-tech investigator and survivor, has driven me to the forefront of crime-victim advocacy, where I have been instrumental in the passing of ground-breaking cybercrime legislation around the globe. A pioneer in promoting cybercrime awareness and victim's rights, I have assisted law enforcement and victim-advocacy groups in the United States and abroad. My published works have directly influenced cyberstalking legislation, and I authored the first victim's survivor guide for stalking and abuse victims to help them navigate the criminal justice system. I am frequently quoted as a cyberabuse and stalking expert and have been honored for her work with the National Women of Peace Award.
