After narrowly rescuing Kay from the clutches of a deranged madman, Joe and Kay decide to leave their Chicago home behind. Joe, who had previously sold his Montana residence before marrying Kay, has his sights set on a new chapter. They purchase a picturesque forty-acre property overlooking the river, nestled on a pine-studded hillside just a mile from Logan's sprawling ranch headquarters, where they plan to build their dream retirement home. However, their peaceful retreat is shattered when women begin to vanish in south-central Montana and northern Wyoming, sparking a desperate call for volunteers to join search parties. Just as Joe, Kay, Logan, and Rene are about to embark on their journey from the ranch, the local sheriff interrupts with urgent news-the FBI has taken control of the investigation. The agent in charge arrives with a stern warning, threatening to arrest all four of them if they dare interfere. Despite the tense confrontation, Joe, Kay, Logan, and Rene press on, driven by a fierce determination to uncover the truth and find the missing women. Their search leads them into the heart of the wilderness, where they discover that Hector-a notorious figure known for his involvement in sex trafficking-is lurking in the area. Fully aware of the horrors he is capable of, the group must now face a terrifying reality. Can they protect Kay and Rene from Hector's malevolent intentions and save the missing women from a fate worse than death? The stakes are higher than ever as they race against time in a battle of courage, cunning, and unbreakable bonds.Hinweis: Dieser Artikel kann nur an eine deutsche Lieferadresse ausgeliefert werden.
