Thank you for picking up my book, I hope you enjoy it! If you have felt you were barely surviving this life then I hope you feel heard and seen while reading these poems. My goal is to say the invisible & be a place of expression. Expression of the sad upside down times & the right side up living on a life high times. I want you to feel comfortable within yourself while reading, knowing you're not alone with the negatives. There will be sunnier days ahead!

Welcome! I was born in Omaha, Nebraska & grew up in Lawton, Iowa. When I am not writing poetry I am thrifting, spending time with animals or reading a (self-help) book. I have always expressed myself best when I can put the words onto the paper in front of me. Journaling my feelings & days made me want to share my experiences so others know they're not alone. I quickly became obsessedwith writing poetry & have been writing for a year now! I wouldn't be writing if it weren't for the support from the ones I love most. I have such wonderful & inspiring people in my life who encourage me everyday. Thank you!
