They've identified the most common challenges and are proud to present their debut book on the topic. Herbert has a BS in Geoscience from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and a master's degree in Accounting. He's been selling real estate in California since 2004. Anne Daily has a BA from Sacremento State University and has been in the industry for 30 years.
