Susan Lepore King is an animated soul. She grew up in a household brimming with creativity: her mother with music, her father with fashion, her sister with writing and her brother with a flair for food. She received a Fine Arts degree from the University of Connecticut, worked as a graphic designer for a bit, then parented three children with her husband. During this time Susan dabbled with drawing, sewing and crafting, but it was the simple activity of playing with her children and their friends that brought her pleasure. Presently, she is a receptionist at a Residence where she listens to many life stories that pique her curiosity and encourage her to go home to her husband and cats and create unceasingly.
