Autorenporträt
Tracy Christenson holds a BS in biology and an MS in human performance from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. Tracy is a Level 2 USA Cycling coach and a Level 1 USA Triathlon coach. She holds a Level 2 Functional Movement Systems screening certification, which enables her to examine and assess basic movement patterns for dysfunction and make corrections. She also holds a TRX Suspension Training Advanced Group certification. In her spare time, Tracy's personal passion is training and competing in triathlons, road races, and criteriums. She has several age-group wins and podiums in triathlons, and podiums in the Texas Racing Cup series for cycling. She currently lives in Dallas with her husband, who runs Cycling Center Dallas, a wattage-based training facility for cyclists and triathletes. They share their house with many bikes, two crazy dogs, and one plant.
