The objectives we set ourselves were: to describe the role of the ASACO in the management of Asacoboul1, to describe the organisation of the technical services of Asacoboul1, to describe the technical performance of Asacoboul1, to determine the evolution of the income and expenditure of Asacoboul1 from 2010 to 2012 and to determine the level of satisfaction of the users in relation to the services of Asacoboul1. At the end of this study, we obtained the following results: the existence of a management body with a lack of functioning, a deficit balance had been observed at the level of pricing; the reception is considered good in 56.7% of cases. Of the 400 users, 63.0% stated that they were very satisfied with the staff's services and 92.3% were willing to return for other services.
