At the end of this study, we obtained the following results: the existence of a management body with a lack of functioning, a deficit balance had been observed at the level of pricing; the reception is considered good in 56.7% of cases. Of the 400 users, 63.0% stated that they were very satisfied with the staff's services and 92.3% were willing to return for other services.

Madegnan Mahouto Juste was born on 02 November 1988 in Benin (Cotonou). In 2013, I obtained the degree of Doctor of Pharmacy with Very Honorable Mention on the Faculty of Pharmacy of Mali. I subsequently obtained in 2017 the Master in Public Health: Polyvalent Option at the Regional Institute of Public Health Comlan Alfred Quenum in Ouidah.
