It could be found every citizen spends at least less than 1000 rupees monthly for their health needs, even in low income levels in the community.Analysis of primary data has given strong evidence for disparity of free health service, resulting the need of out of pocket strength for every citizen without depending on income level of the individual. The analysis of secondary data further realizes the disparity which affects more or less in malfunction of every health plans and negligence of current health trends both community and policy makers.
