Heliconias are amazing plants: the main importance of this taxonomic group is their popularity as hormamental plants because of their striking inflorescences, the varied and fantastic shapes, bright colors and varied sizes of the different species are important elements for floristry, especially prized for large and exclusive arrangements because of their long life after cutting and their resistance to handling. The objective of the present book is to offer an alternative of familiar and managerial income considering the hormental plants of the varieties of heliconia bihai and heliconia psitacorum specifically the stems of vase, using systems of 4 times of refrigeration for the duration in processes of transfer to different places where the traceability of the product will be culminated.
