O Dr. Haruna Ibrahim é um Engenheiro Químico cujas áreas de investigação são os biocombustíveis, a conversão da biomassa em energia e a biorefinaria. É licenciado pela Universidade Ahmadu Bello, Zaria-Nigéria. Teve o seu Bacharelato em Engenharia, em 1993, Mestrado em Ciências, em 2008 e Doutoramento, em 2015, todos pela Universidade Ahmadu Bello, Zaria.
