The world water vision for the 21st century, which is of concern to the international community, is thus based on the principle of a multidisciplinary approach to water management. It wants to initiate a participatory process of civil society, with particular importance given to women, who everywhere in the different nations are at the center of the tasks and chores related to water. It is education that implies in the first place is the involvement of users. It is essential to promote values and lifestyles that are more adapted to the sustainable stability of an environment. The education of the populations in the matter of water must take into account the diversity of publics: farmers, teachers, students, specialists and all the scientific layer, etc.
