Through managers and councils, it regulates the transfer of resources and benefits to schools across the country. Therefore, this project aims to intervene in strengthening the proposals of the PNAE, employing the full use of Unconventional Parts of Conventional Foods, aiming to reduce food waste in school kitchens and canteens, training food handlers and raising awareness of the sustainable use of financial resources directed to school meals. Using the tool of sustainable food as a transformative action in building a conscious and valued society.
