Mariusz So¿tysik is a University Professor UEK at the College of Management and Quality Sciences at the University of Economics in Krakow. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Mäopolska Regional Group of the International Project Management Association. Mägorzata Tyräska is an Associate Professor at the Cracow University of Economics, with a post-doctoral degree in economic science in the discipline of management sciences. Research interests include employment restructuring, organizational structure improvement, job evaluation, competency profile assessment, and employee evaluation. Since 2015, she is a member of the experts' team for the evaluation of projects implemented as part of European programs. Katarzyna Piwowar-Sulej, PhD DSc, is an Associate Professor at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and is the Head of postgraduate studies for business trainers and postgraduate studies "Management 3.0". Research interests include sustainable human resource management and sustainable project management. Tri Siwi Agustina has worked as an Associate Professor at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University - Surabaya since 2002. He has a Doctoral in Management Science which he completed in the Doctoral Program (S3) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjajaran University.
