Dr. Nguyen Binh An obtained his Ph.D. in Law from the School of Law at the National University, Hanoi, in 2018. He has been serving as a full-time lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Binh Duong University, Vietnam, since December 2018. His research interests primarily revolve around labor law and human rights. He has published extensively on topics such as labor discipline, freedom of association, gender equality in labor relations, and corporate social responsibility. He has published numerous articles in reputable journals and has also contributed to several books and monographs. Notable publications include "Improving the law on ensuring the rights of employees in the spirit of the 2013 Constitution", "Overall assessment of the impact of the 2019 Labor Code on the labor management rights of employers in Vietnam", and "Laws on Corporate Social Responsibility and the Developmental Trend in Vietnam" Dr. Nguyen Hien Phuong obtained her Ph.D. in Law from Hanoi Law University in 2008 and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2016. She currently serves as a senior lecturer and Vice President of the Comparative Law Institute at Hanoi Law University. With over 25 years of expertise, her research spans Labor Law, Social Security Law, Disability Law, and Human Rights. She has authored and co-authored 21 specialized books and textbooks, including 9 as editor, and has published 47 articles in esteemed legal journals. She has also led four research projects and participated in numerous conferences. Her notable publications include "Disability Law" and "Commentary on Disability Rights under International Conventions and the Current Status of Domestic Legislation in Vietnam". Additionally, she serves as an expert in various governmental and non-governmental legal projects, actively contributing to the development and implementation of disability rights in Vietnam. Dr. Luong Van Tuan obtained his Ph.D. in Theory and State History and Law from the Faculty of Law at Hanoi National University, acquired in 2013. He currently holds the position of a main lecturer at the Faculty of Law Training at the Judicial Academy since March 2021. His research specializes in Theory and State History and Law, focusing on topics such as ancient Vietnamese law, organization and operation of the State apparatus, and human rights (including those of children, women, and people with disabilities). He has authored/co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and books. His research outputs have been widely cited and recognized for their contributions to the academic community.
