Kamalpreet Sandhu currently working as an Assistant Professor/Head of Design Labs in the Product and Industrial Design department at Lovely Professional University (LPU), Phagwara, Punjab, INDIA. He edited various books followed by "Revolutions in Product Design for Healthcare, Emerging Application of 3D Printing during COVID-19, Application of 3D Printing in Biomedical Engineering, and 3D Printing in Podiatric Medicine". He has contributed extensively to Human Factors, Product Design, Entrepreneurship, and 3D Printing with publications appearing in "The Defence Life Science Journal, the International Journal of Human Factors and Ergonomics, the Journal of Manufacturing Process, Materials, Material Engineering, and Performance, and International Journal of Interactive Design and Manufacturing". He has been serving on the editorial review board of the International Journal of Technology and Human Interaction, The Design, and Frontiers in Manufacturing Technology. He is also a lifetime member of Indian Society of Ergonomics. Sunpreet Singh is a researcher at the National University of Singapore's Department of Mechanical Engineering. His research focuses on additive manufacturing and the application of 3D printing in developing biomaterials for clinical use. Singh has authored over 150 research papers and 27 book chapters, with publications in prestigious journals such as the Journal of Manufacturing Processes and Composite Part: B. He is also the editor of three books on bio-manufacturing and 3D printing in biomedical engineering. Collaborating with esteemed institutions and experts, Singh contributes significantly to the field. He is a Guest Editor for various journals and actively participates in advancing the field of metrology in materials and advanced manufacturing. Ranvijay Kumar is an assistant professor at the University Centre for Research and Development, Chandigarh University. He has received PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Punjabi University, Patiala. Additive manufacturing, shape memory polymers, smart materials, friction-based welding techniques, advanced materials processing, polymer matrix composite preparations, reinforced polymer composites for 3D printing, plastic solid waste management, thermosetting recycling, and destructive testing of materials are the skills of Dr. Kumar has won the prestigious CII MILCA award in 2020. He has co-authored more than 60 research papers in science citation-indexed journals, and 48 book chapters and has presented 20 research papers in various national/international level conferences. He has contributed extensively to Additive Manufacturing literature with publications appearing in reputed journals. He has edited 6 books published with leading publishers. In the years 2021 and 2022, Dr. Kumar was listed in the World's top 2% of scientists by Stanford University. J. Paulo Davim received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Porto in 1997 and the Aggregation from the University of Coimbra in 2005. Between 1986 and 1996, he was a lecturer at the University of Porto. Currently, he is an Aggregate Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Aveiro and the Head of MACTRIB - Machining and Tribology Research Group. He has more 24 years of teaching and research experience in manufacturing, materials, and mechanical engineering. He is the Editor in Chief of four international journals, Guest Editor, Editorial Board Member, Reviewer, and Scientific Advisor for many international journals and conferences. In addition, he has also published more than 250 articles in ISI journals (150 with h-index 14) and conferences. Seeram Ramakrishna is a co-director, NUS Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Initiative (NUSNNI). He has received his Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge and is a global leader in electrospinning and nanostructured materials. His research has resulted in approximately 1000 peer-reviewed articles with over 115, 888 citations and an h-index of 160. He has published several books and book chapters. He has been recognized as a Highly Cited Researcher in Materials Science.
