In performing the port operation, environmental and social problems have been found, resulting in port operation focuses on improving port sustainability that is to reduce the environmental and social impacts in port management. International port of Thailand are lacking the sustainable port of key performance indicators (KPIs). Therefore, this research attempts to identify the sustainable port KPIs from academic and practice aspects. This paper found four sustainable port KPI groups that there are critical and preferable groups. KPI group 1 and group 2 are considered as the critical ones and must be applied to sustainable port management. Whereas KPI group 3 and group 4 are classified as the preferable ones and are supported to port sustainability. Three types of port namely, container, non-container, and multi-purpose port of critical group is similarly practiced in three types of port, but preferable group are indicated as being different management. Benefits of this finding is to support the first policy and practice for developing sustainability reports.
