It has become the norm for companies to apply to their potential future employees - and no longer the other way around. The mindset of entrepreneurs must be fundamentally changed in order to acquire and retain talented specialists in the long term. There is not only a shortage of skilled workers, but a shortage of general workers. The core task for companies will not be to find staff, but to retain them.
