Frederic Meuwly, Ph.D. is the founder and managing director of Actitudes Coaching, a management consulting firm specializing in executive team development and organizational health. He has spent the past two decades developing practical tools to help leaders transform their teams into sustainable teams. His approach to leadership and team development has been embraced by organizations ranging from established companies and high-tech start-ups to universities and non-profits. Prior to founding Actitudes Coaching, Frederic held various leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry, where he headed international product development teams. Frederic lives in Switzerland with his wife and their three children.
