Gerardo Ramírez Uribe è un professionista con un dottorato di ricerca in Gestione e valutazione urbana e architettonica presso l'Università Politecnica della Catalogna. Attualmente è professore ricercatore a tempo pieno presso l'Università di Sonora e vanta oltre 15 anni di esperienza nella ricerca e nell'insegnamento, oltre che nella gestione accademica e amministrativa.
