Lucy Burton is a baking blogger, food stylist, wedding cake maker and recipe writer based in London. In March 2020, she started a postal cakes business selling boxes of brownies and blondies on Instagram. And in spite of lockdown restrictions lifting, she still sells out every week and has a waiting list for boxes. Since training at Leith's School of Food and Wine in 2017, her recipes have featured in The Telegraph, The Sun, The Guardian , OK! Magazine and The Sunday Mirror. She has also worked with brands such as Nature's Finest Fruit, Rachel's Organic and Green & Blacks on custom recipe development, both to feature on her baking blog Pudding Lane and for use across their own websites and channels. Alongside her baking and recipe business, Lucy works in hospitality communications as a PR Account Director, looking after a range of restaurants in London. Lucy is based in London, UK.
