Flo Braker is a nationally recognized baking expert and former president of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. She is a frequent contributor to the San Francisco Chronicle's food section and lives in the Bay Area. Michael Lamotte is a San Francisco-based photographer whose photographs have appeared in Bon App tit, Esquire, Sunset, and other notable publications, as well as in prominent national advertising campaigns and three other cookbooks.
