The book covers the cultivation of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.), carrot (Daucus carota L.) and brassica (broccoli, rocket, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, turnip, radish, cabbage, leaf cabbage, mustard and watercress) from planting to harvest. Being subdivided into three chapters, being Chapter I: Cultivation of sweet potato, Chapter II: Cultivation of carrot and Chapter III: Cultivation of Brassicas. A bibliographic survey was carried out based on books, articles and technical communications on these crops, in order to provide in-depth knowledge for professionals in the area of Agricultural Sciences about these vegetables.
