Duvale Murchison was born in Lansing Michigan where as a young adult, he began a twenty-seven year career with the Michigan Department of Corrections. In 2014 Duvale retired and in 2015 he relocated to Charlotte North Carolina to enjoy "the second half of life". Little did he know the journey God would lead him through. In 2016 he founded Skyelar Entertainment and Films; a live entertainment and Christian/family films production company. That same year, Duvale spent time acting in eight different films while simultaneously writing a feature film script, rebranding his entertainment company and authoring a book He is an active member at his church, Bethel Outreach International. Duvale is married to Michelle, he is the father of two adult children and four grandchildren.
