Bekpulatov Ulugbek Rakhmatullo ugli, was born on September 12, 1990 in Khatirchi district, Navoi region, in the Republic of Uzbekistan. He works at the department of ¿Methods of teaching physics and astronomy¿, researcher at the department of ¿Social Sciences¿ in Navoi State Pedagogical Institute.
