Preoperative and follow-up evaluation was based on the Kitaoka score (AOFAS) and 2D and 3D reconstruction CT imaging. The aim of this study was:1- To analyze preoperative and follow-up CT images for degenerative deterioration of the subtalar and midfoot joints.2- Propose a classification according to the presence or absence of osteoarthritis into two types: stable or unstable.
