The incidence of Acute Renal Failure induced by SARS-COV-2 published to date is very variable, the initial epidemiological studies showed that the pathology spread immediately, that it behaved more aggressively in adults between 30 and 79 years, the most accepted route of transmission between humans is from person to person by respiratory route, in general population the clinical picture of the infection may present symptoms and signs that depend on the dangers of other systems, as well as neurological symptoms and signs,the objective of this research was to analyze the scientific evidence of the symptomatology and diagnosis in patients with acute renal failure and SARS-COV-2 infection, where the renal system presents alterations in paraclinics reported with SARS-COV-2, this study was of documentary design with a descriptive type of study, original scientific and bibliographic articles were taken into account from pages with academic prestige, on the subject raised, including academic journals such as PubMed, Scopus, Biomed Central, SciELO, Redalyc, Latindex, Elsevier, Dialnet and Science Direct, within the relationship that exists.
