Fatima Alhaddad est titulaire d'une licence en sciences pharmaceutiques de la faculté de pharmacie d'Aljmail (Libye). Elle a travaillé comme pharmacienne dans une pharmacie communautaire. Elle est actuellement assistante d'enseignement à l'Institut supérieur des sciences médicales et de la technologie d'Aljmail (Libye). Ses recherches portent sur la gestion des urgences et des maladies.
