Rather than falling victim to secularization, religion has become "secure" in Kara commune. However, this sustainability does not mean inertia. In general, religion experiences a dynamic resulting from the multiple contacts between men and their different ways of conceiving the relationship with the Transcendent. Thanks to the therapeutic trajectories of Muslims in the municipality of Kara, this qualitative research is intended to be a barometer of Islamic syncretism (proof of dynamism) more or less diffuse. The sampling techniques used are: reasoned choice and simple chance. The data collection techniques used are: direct observation, documentary research, individual interview and group interview. In total, 53 individuals are interviewed. Talcott Parsons' structural functionalism and André Mary's theory of syncretism were used to analyze the emergence of concrete elements of this Islamic syncretism: chamber alphas, divination, Soroh / Sarah ritual.
