Dr. Enoch Otor holds doctorate, masters, and bachelors degrees in Law. He is a legal practitioner and notary public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a dispute resolution practitioner, a professional negotiator and a mediator. He currently teaches law postgraduate and undergraduate students and researches law at the University of Jos, Nigeria.
