The present Research work focuses to overcome the problems associated with anti-inflammatory drugs. Our aim is to synthesize some newer schiff s bases of Hydrazone derivatives with potent anti-inflammatory activity with lesser side effects. Hydrazones are important class of organic compounds which have been found of much use in biology and chemistry because of their wide applications. Stereochemical investigations have a great importance in hydrazones where different stereochemical processes like isomerisation about C=N bond, inversion involving the nitrogen atoms (sp3 and sp2) and rotation about N-N bond may take place.
