The manufacturing and synthesis of Carbon Black (CB) composites was done using a mixing mill using different additives in rubber along with CB. The prepared grades of Carbon Black powder were characterized using X-ray Diffraction, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The hardness was validated by Shore Durometer and the prepared CB-composite samples were also characterized by destructive Mechanical Testing. The Mechanical Testing comprises of Tensile Strength, Elongation and Modulus, Rheology and Hardness of these Carbon Black Composites useful in tyres.
