The pure phase of Bi1-xPrxFeO3 (x = 0 - 0.1) ceramics were fabricated using the powders obtained via sol-gel route at very low temperature. X-ray powder diffraction studies confirmed that these crystallize in rhombohedral perovskite structure associated with R3c space group. Frequency and temperature dependence of the dielectric, impedance, electric modulus spectra of these samples were investigated.

Shivanand Madolappa a obtenu son Master of Science et son doctorat en science des matériaux à l'Université de Gulbarga Kalburgi en 2008 et 2013 respectivement. Il a obtenu une bourse postdoctorale du Dr D. S. Kothari et a travaillé au centre de recherche sur les matériaux de l'Indian Institute of Science, à Bangalore. Ses recherches portent sur l'électrocéramique.
