The search for new antimicrobial drugs is an area of characterized by active investigation with the goal of overcoming the phenomenon of multiple drug resistance. Azoles constitute immensely important members of the aromatic heterocycle family due to their presence in a myriad of bioactive natural products as privileged pharmacophores. In search of new bio-active molecule, the development of hybrid molecules through the combination of different scaffolds in one frame may lead to compounds with interesting biological properties. In the light of interesting biological activities associated with pyrazole based pyrazoline and pyridine derivatives, it was considered worthwhile to synthesize some hybrid molecules incorporating pyrazole, pyrazoline and pyridine nucleus. The aim of this book is to provide a brief biological profile of newly synthesized pyrazole based pyrazoline and pyridine derivatives. We have included the synthesis, characterization and antimicrobial of pyrazole based pyrazoline and pyridine derivatives.
