This book is associated with practical work of my research work during Ph.D. This book also contains some applications from recent research articles and literature survey. Chiral target molecules and natural product examples are selected either to demonstrate the practicability of certain asymmetric syntheses in non-catalytic and catalytic mode, on the laboratory and industrial scale in the form of applications. The book characterizes the framework consisting of chapters preceded by the Index, List of abbreviations and general introduction. The following chapters are basically explaining the discussion of the preferred C-C bond formation and CN bond formation controlled by participation of one or more functional groups. Many aspects of organic reactions are discussed in relation with the Heterocycles in drug discovery, Catalyst, Types of catalyst, Homogeneous catalysis in coupling reactions, Introduction to triazole, Biological properties of triazole, Preparation of triazole, Current research work, Result and discussion, Biological evaluation, Conclusion, Experimental section, characterization of some synthetic compounds and synthesis of complex biologically active compounds.
