Structural, DC and AC electrical, and microwave (8-18 GHz) studies of Strontium barium niobates (SBN) and Bismuth strontium manganites(BSM) bulk and thick films reveals that PTC and NTC material in planar form was formed which can be a potential candidate for microwave applications. The Ag thick film microstrip components were used for the first time to measure complex permittivity of the SBN and BSM thick films.
